Relaxing Essential Oil Roll-on

KavitaLifestyle

Everybody gets a bit stressed at times, and we all could use more relaxation in the fast world around us. So, how convenient would it be if you had a little relaxation in a bottle?

Aromatherapy is becoming more well known. It's using scents, mainly from essential oils, to help your body in various ways. Some common ones are peppermint for nausea, rosemary for memory, lavender for stress, citrus for up lifting... I could go on because I'm obsessed with plant medicine, but that's a small intro for you!

I've decided to share my favorite roll-on blend with you.

Items needed:

A glass roll on bottle

Lavender Essential Oil

Orange Essential Oil

Cedar wood Essential Oil

Sweet Almond Oil or Jojoba Oil

Take your glass roll on bottle add 5 drops of Lavender Essential Oil, 3 drops Orange Essential Oil, and 2 drops Cedar wood Essential Oil.

Lavender helps calm you down and relax you. Orange helps give you an up lifting feeling. Cedar wood helps you feel grounded and less anxious. I've been using this blend for years and it helps so much with my anxiety. The smell automatically calms me down.

A few things about aromatherapy, if you can't really smell an oil it's because your body needs it. If your body does not like a smell don't use that oil, pick oils that smell good to you. Your body knows what it needs, you just have to figure out how to listen. In the past I have used NOW Essential Oils, I'm currently switching to Young Living and Rocky Mountain Essential Oils because these are the highest grade Essential Oils available to buy. They are pure Essential oils rather than Essential Oils that have been diluted before selling. ALWAYS dilute an essential oil before putting it on your skin. These oils are so strong that they can burn your skin. You can dilute essential oils in any carrier oil like coconut oil, grape seed oil, almond oil, etc. Do not store essential oils in plastic. The oils can eat through the plastic and release the toxic chemicals into your oil.

Enjoy your roll on!

Love and Light,

Kavita
